This page aims to report the bird sightings during the 69th annual Calgary Christmas Bird Count. Observations are collected during Count Week which runs December 16 to December 22, 2021. Calgary’s Count Day is held the last Sunday before Christmas each year (I.e. December 19, 2021). Observations from iNaturalist and checklists submitted to eBird have been compiled to determine which species are found in Calgary, where they have been seen, and how many people are using citizen science apps within the count circle.
